		<description>I think it is kind of difficult for anyone to agree on a good renewal fee and term. And the theoretical models might not actually work well with practical implication. I guess trial and error tend to work on in this case haha.

		<description>Yeah, I think we need some type of reform, and like Kai said, we may have to alter it at some point, but we have to start somewhere. I agree with you in that I can&#039;t find much validity in the MPAA&#039;s statement that a $1 fee would harm copyright holders.</description>
